1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, creating an account, signing the Client Services Agreement, or submitting payment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms supersede any prior verbal or written agreements. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding agreements.

2. No Refunds – Final Sale
All payments made to LinkLead Media Inc. are non-refundable under any circumstances. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

There is no guarantee of any specific outcome (e.g., number of sales, conversions, or income).

Chargebacks or disputes filed through your bank or payment provider will be considered a breach of these Terms. In the event of a chargeback, LinkLead Media Inc. reserves the right to recover the full balance, legal fees, and collections costs.

Refunds, partial or full, will not be granted based on subjective dissatisfaction, non-responsiveness of leads, or perceived performance.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or convertibility of any Lead.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties, express or implied.

LinkLead Media Inc. makes no claims regarding the effectiveness of any marketing efforts or platforms used.

4. Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that LinkLead Media Inc. shall not be liable for:

Any loss of revenue, profits, or data

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not fully enforceable, our liability shall be limited to the minimum permitted by law.

5. Legal Claims
To the maximum extent allowed:

You agree to waive any right to class action suits, jury trials, or arbitration.

Any claim must be brought in small claims court in the State of Delaware, United States.

You agree not to pursue any legal action unless you have first notified us in writing and allowed sixty (60) days for a good-faith resolution.

6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkLead Media Inc., its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, liability, or expense, including attorney's fees, arising from:

Your use of the services

Your violation of applicable laws (e.g., TCPA)

Any disputes with customers you acquire through our leads

7. SMS Messaging Disclosure (TCR-Compliant)
By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive marketing and promotional SMS messages from LinkLead Media Inc. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and your mobile number will never be shared or sold to third parties for marketing.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, materials, and platforms used or delivered by us are the exclusive property of LinkLead Media Inc. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use them during the term of service.

9. Confidentiality
All information shared between parties is strictly confidential. Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination and legal remedies.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet failures, or government actions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any legal action shall be exclusively filed in the State of Delaware, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction therein.

Final Legal Safeguards

No verbal promises or prior communications modify these Terms.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and LinkLead Media Inc.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
